No previous experience is needed. This is a full classical ballet class with barre and centre exercises. In this class we focus on improving strength, cardio, posture, coordination, musicality, flexibility while working on the basics of classical ballet. Unlimited Monthly Pass CHF 150.– per month Unlimited adult classes access. Billed Monthly 30 day cancellation notice period Please register online for the most likely class you will attend.
